Inclusion. Adaptation. Interfaith.

Seventy-one percent of non-Orthodox Jews married since the year 2000 married a non-Jew. Forty-eight percent of Jewish millennials have one parent who is not Jewish. Intermarriage is a reality of American Jewish life in the 21st century. Whether we have a spouse, parent, son or daughter-in-law of another faith (or no faith), most American Jews are adapting to some form of multifaith life.

Multifaith Life exists to help Jewish institutions and the Jewish community adapt to our changing environment.

Contact us today and see how we can help your organization address the reality of today's Jewish community.

Rabbi Mark Miller,

Senior Rabbi,

Temple Beth El

Alicia has become one of our foremost thinkers on the realities of interfaith life in the 21st century Jewish community. Her writing and speaking move conversations forward in a powerful, compassionate way!

David Kurzmann,
Senior Director, Community & Donors Relations,Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit

I observed Alicia's inspiring leadership through our work together in imagining and launching the unique community relations and advocacy partnership - JCRC/AJC. Alicia is particularly skilled in developing consensus even in the face of challenging situations and polarizing issues. A brilliant and visionary thinker, Alicia is an even better listener and thought partner thanks to her big heart and the immense respect she shows to all people.

Darren Findling, Wexner Heritage Fellow

Alicia is a rock star and I am a fan. Like all great rock stars, you can't stop listening.

David Kramer, Wexner Heritage Fellow

I participated in an intensive Jewish learning and exploration project with Alicia over the course of two years through which we confronted important issues in the Jewish world including the role of interfaith families in building and sustaining the Jewish community.  Alicia is among the brightest, most thoughtful people I have encountered.   Her insight on all issues, particularly ones relating to interfaith families, is incredibly valuable.  It is clear that Alicia is a natural leader and someone who is a valuable voice in any dialogue taking place in the Jewish world
